Our Team
Michael McGreal
Starting in high school, Micheal began his career as a helper for an incredibly skilled carpenter and family friend Mark Woolam. Mark would help mentor Mike and facilitate the beginning of his career as a carpenter. Mike would go on to work on numerous projects over the years, honing his skills and cultivating relationships with other tradesmen, builders, real estate agents, and all others within the homebuilding community. Over the past 20+ years, Mike has molded his own process and run his own projects, always with the customer in mind. Finding the most efficient way to complete a home build without sacrificing quality is the name of the game in Mike’s eyes, and is what drives him to keep striving for excellence, project by project, day by day.
Ben McGreal
Following in his brother’s footsteps, Ben started as a helper for Mike, occasionally, while growing up, eventually working full time on Mike’s crew after high school. After a few years he was offered a separate opportunity to see how the other side of business works, in the office. Gaining some valuable experience in marketing and other aspects of” white collar” business, he decided that while being able to perform in an office setting, and have the experience, he certainly prefered being in the field, hands on, and truly aiding in projects coming to life. Over the past 10 years he has been lucky to be able to work on a multitude of projects under the tutelage of some skilled craftsmen and have been able to interpret their process into his own. He believes in his ability and revels in the opportunity to learn new things to master his craft each day.
